Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.

Digital products (e.g., downloadable content) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless proven defective or inaccessible.

Refunds are applicable only for items eligible for return. Customized digital products, including IGNOU projects and synopses, are only refundable under our Money-Back Guarantee policy for approval.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Exceptions:

If your customized project is not approved by IGNOU, we offer a free replacement or full refund upon submission of proof (order number and screenshot of the result). Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by late submissions or incomplete information provided by the customer.
